How It Works
No chasing for updates
No confusing back-and-forth
No projects dragging on for months
Just clear steps, quick decisions, and steady progress from start to finish.
Simple, direct communication
I keep communication clear and focused so your project stays on track.
For quick updates or questions, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach me.
For anything more detailed, email works best, I usually reply within 1–3 days.
I work one-on-one with clients rather than in group chats. Group chats often lead to mixed feedback, missed messages, and delays. Keeping communication direct ensures everything stays clear, decisions are quicker, and nothing falls through the cracks.
If something urgent comes up outside normal hours, I’ll always try help where I can. Weekend or rush work may carry an additional fee.
Keeping things moving (Decision-Makers)
To keep your project moving smoothly, I work directly with the person making final decisions.
When feedback comes from multiple people without a clear decision-maker, projects tend to slow down, change direction often, and become frustrating for everyone involved.
Having one point of contact keeps things clear, speeds up approvals, and helps us get your website live faster.
Focused meetings (Meetings)
Most of the work is done behind the scenes, so meetings are kept minimal and purposeful.
If needed, we can schedule a quick call to go through key decisions or feedback.
This approach keeps the project efficient and avoids unnecessary delays while still making sure everything is clear.
Clear timelines from day one (Payments & Timeline)
Projects begin once the deposit is received.
From there, I follow a structured process to keep everything moving without delays.
The remaining balance is due before the website goes live.
This ensures your project stays prioritised and progresses smoothly from start to finish.
Changes & final files
You’ll have the opportunity to review your website and request changes before launch.
Small adjustments are part of the process, but larger changes or new ideas introduced later may require additional time and cost.
Once everything is approved, your final website and files are prepared for launch.
“How Far Is the Website?”
Websites are built in clear steps, and each step needs the right input to move forward.
If things like content, photos, or feedback are missing, the project pauses at that stage.
This is intentional. It prevents rework and keeps everything aligned.
Once everything is in place, progress usually moves quickly again.
After launch support
Once your website goes live, I stay available for 14 days to make sure everything is working as expected.
During this time, I’ll fix any issues and help with small adjustments if needed.
This gives you space to properly go through the site, test everything and request any final tweaks.
Most final tweaks are picked up during this period. After the 14-day period, any new changes or updates are handled as a separate request.
This includes adding new sections, redesigning parts of the site, or expanding functionality.
Ongoing Website Changes & Updates
Most websites don’t stay the same after launch.
As your business grows, you may want to update content, improve sections, or add new features.
These changes are handled as additional work and quoted based on what’s needed.
Website Support vs Updates (Important)
Website support and website updates are not the same thing.
Maintenance keeps your website running properly:
- Backups
- Plugin and system updates
- Security checks
Updates involve changes to your website:
- Text or content changes
- Layout or design updates
- New features or functionality
Support plans cover the technical side only, not content or design changes.
